Albert Foulad graduated from State University of New York with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). In 1984, he opened CENTURY 21 Albert Foulad Realty in Encino, a prestigous location in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. His background in management, tax consulting, real estate finance, and real estate sales of residential and commercial property, has helped him maintain a consistently successful business, while so many offices have had to close during the past several years.

His education, strong experience and unique marketing plan helped his company to achieve the highest CENTURION® Award. Albert Foulad dedicates his life to helping all of his associates become successful by investing his time, and coaching them seven days a week.
